Puppy Policy

FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS guarantees that the puppy sold is in good physical health on the day of purchase. The puppy purchased will be up to date on all shots and will have all the necessary DE-worming done. We recommend YOU "The Buyer" take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 3 Days of buying your puppy for an over-all health exam. At this time you will need to ask your vet to perform any necessary test to
prove he/she is a healthy happy dog.

FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS also offers a replacement guarantee on our puppies up to 6 weeks after purchasing a puppy. If the puppy develops a hereditary life threatening problem. We will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same sex and of equal value, at the first opportunity provided!

Buyers Promise

The buyer will offer the puppy purchased back to FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS if ever "For Sale" or in need of "A New Home".
If puppy dies within 6 weeks after the purchase date, a replacement will be offered. The buyer needs to provide a licensed veterinarian's autopsy report which indicates that a hereditary defect was the cause of death.
The buyer MUST agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy. Including proper vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments, and records of such care if the buyer should have to return puppy for a replacement.
The buyer MUST understand this contract will be voided if the buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if the puppy purchased gets injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee does not cover any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral/bacterial diseases or disorders brought on by parasites.
This guarantee does not cover: Cherry eye, "loose" hips or knees, or any skin allergies such as diet induced allergies or mange, as well as deviated septums. These are somethings in the bulldog world we consider "Normal".
FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS will not be held responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. The buyer must be aware that owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS is not responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused by lack of training, discipline or proper doggy socialization which is determined by every dogs personality.
If a replacement puppy is given, you must return all AKC papers that came with the puppy purchased, to "FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS" and sign the returning puppy over to "FALLEN LEAF BULLDOGS". Any assigned replacement puppy's AKC papers will be signed over to you.
The buyer MUST understand that bulldogs require air conditioned living conditions to prevent over heating in the hot summers.
